At Brandfield, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return period for all fashion items and accessories. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log in to our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring you include the packing slip provided in the portal.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized shipping point or carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
